Forever Network, the world's #1 ranked global sports media company amongst millennials by engagement, today announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Project B, establishing the framework for a strategic media partnership between the two organisations.

The MOU signals the intention of both parties to negotiate a formal agreement that would establish Forever Network as a preferred digital media and content partner for Project B, in support of Project B's planned launch of its inaugural global women's basketball league, set to tip off in November 2026.

The Partnership

The proposed partnership would see Forever Network leverage its expansive digital footprint, high-engagement social media brands, and data-driven content ecosystem to drive brand awareness, audience development, and long-term fan engagement for Project B's global league. Basketball Forever, the network's flagship vertical and one of the most-engaged basketball brands in the world, is anticipated to serve as a primary vehicle for Project B content across social platforms, with the full scope of the arrangement to be defined as the parties progress toward a definitive agreement.

About Project B

The MOU brings together two organisations that share a common conviction: that basketball's global fan base remains vastly underleveraged, and that the next chapter of the sport's growth will be written beyond the borders of North America.

Project B, founded by former Facebook and Google executive Grady Burnett and Skype co-founder Geoff Prentice, is building a Formula 1-style global circuit for elite basketball, beginning with a six-team women's league playing seven two-week tournaments across Europe, Asia and Latin America. The league has attracted a roster of WNBA stars including Nneka Ogwumike, Jewell Loyd, Jonquel Jones and Alyssa Thomas, alongside investors including Candace Parker, Steve Young, Novak Djokovic and Sloane Stephens.

Scale and Reach

Forever Network delivered more than 20 billion impressions across its platforms to 450 million people in 2025, reflecting the scale and sustained engagement the network brings to any partnership. Its basketball-focused properties represent one of the most concentrated and passionate basketball audiences available to any rights holder or league seeking global digital distribution.
